Where do we ship?
JewelBox Display & Supply delivers orders to the United States and various international countries.
How much does it cost?
Because of the nature of our merchandise, it is very difficult to precisely estimate shipping costs online. Once your order is processed and packed all shipping charges will be calculated when an accurate shipping weight is determined. However, since we have arranged for lowest shipping rates with Fedex, we make sure to use the lowest cost with whatever you order. All shipping charges are the exact rate given by Fedex with no additional handling fees. Jewelboxco.com does NOT charge any additional shipping rates or fees. Your shipping rate is determined by package weight and order destination. Fedex Ground charges an additional $2.50 for delivery to residential addresses. If you would like to avoid this additional charge you may ship your order to a commercial place of business.
How do we ship?
All orders placed with Jewelboxco.com will be shipped via Fedex Ground except Hawaii, Alaska and all international orders which will be shipped via U.S. Post Office. For all ground shipments, a signature is NOT required except orders with a greater subtotal value of $100.00. If you would like a signature required delivery, please call us at 818-767-7605 as soon as you place your order and we will arrange it for you. When do we ship?
All orders placed with Jewelboxco.com will be processed in 2-4 business days. If rush delivery is requested please contact us immediately after placing your order to discuss express pricing.
